You can get the best of both worlds by booking a Hybrid Regulation Station. I begin with a 20-30 min interactive workshop introducing practical regulation tools. The station then opens for a 60–90 min Regulation Station, giving participants the opportunity to explore additional modalities and receive more personalized guidance.
