The mission of Hello Regulation is to make emotional regulation accessible, tangible, and integrable into everyday life. By prioritizing embodiment over performance, Hello Regulation supports individuals in cultivating clarity, resilience, and agency from the inside out. This regulated foundation creates the conditions for deeper self-awareness, intentional action, and expanded capacity across all areas of life.
About Me
Hello! My name is Tatyana Barlow.
I’m an emotional wellness guide, community builder, and someone who’s spent years learning how to work with my emotions instead of against them. For a long time, I thought my intense emotions were a problem and something to fix, manage, or suppress. Through my journey with nervous system regulation and self-concept work, I realized they were actually a superpower. When you can regulate yourself and trust who you are, you can create anything. Now, I get to support others in reconnecting with themselves, their bodies, and their emotional truth, so they can move through life with more ease, clarity, and confidence in who they are.
Education: My Bachelor's and Master's degrees are in Biology from Plattsburgh State University of NY
