The content, guidance, and support provided through this website, including but not limited to guidebooks, group experiences, workshops, private sessions, and any other offerings, are for educational and informational purposes only.

4. Products and Services
Digital Products (Guidebooks, etc.):
∙ All digital products are delivered electronically and are non-refundable once accessed or downloaded
∙ You may not share, distribute, resell, or reproduce any digital products without written permission
Group Experiences, Workshops, and Private Sessions:
∙ All group experiences, workshops, and private sessions are non-refundable once purchased
∙ If you are unable to attend due to unforeseen circumstances, I may offer the option to transfer your spot to a future offering at my discretion, but this is not guaranteed
∙ Participation requires mutual respect, confidentiality, and a commitment to showing up for yourself and the group
∙ I reserve the right to remove any participant whose behavior is disruptive, disrespectful, or harmful to the group dynamic, without refund
5. Payment and Pricing
∙ All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated
∙ Payment is required in full at the time of purchase unless a payment plan option is explicitly offered
∙ If you choose a payment plan, you agree to make all scheduled payments on time. Failure to do so may result in loss of access to the offering without refund

6. Refund Policy
All sales are final. Due to the nature of digital products and intimate group experiences, refunds are not provided once a product has been accessed or a service has been rendered.

7. Privacy and Confidentiality
I respect your privacy. Any personal information you provide (name, email, etc.) will be used solely for the purpose of delivering your purchase and communicating with you about your experience.
For group experiences and workshops:What is shared in the group stays in the group. By participating, you agree to respect the confidentiality of other participants and not share their personal stories, experiences, or identities outside of the group setting.

10. Assumption of Risk
By participating in any group experience, workshop, or session (whether in-person or virtual), you acknowledge that:

∙ You are physically and mentally capable of participating
∙ You assume all risks associated with participation, including but not limited to emotional discomfort, physical injury (if applicable), or any other unforeseen circumstances
If you are participating in an in-person gathering, you are responsible for your own safety and well-being while attending.

I reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Effective Date.” Your continued use of this website or participation in any offerings after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of California, USA, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
